This February is all about Connection.

We’re diving deep with our newest Daily Awakenings theme—a 4-week series designed to help you connect: to yourself, to those you love, and to what truly lights you up.

Inspired by the New Moon in Aquarius, this month is a call to create meaningful connections, engage with life, and align with your heart’s truest intentions.

 

Aquarius encourages us to think outside the box, celebrate our unique light, and strengthen our bonds with others. It’s an opportunity to connect deeply with those around us, with our dreams, our communities, and the ways we contribute to the collective.

 

Together, we’ll reflect on what truly matters and set intentions to nurture the connections that bring purpose, presence, belonging, and meaning into our lives.

We’re adding a simple but powerful challenge to this month’s theme: Scroll less, connect more! Here’s how it works:

  1. Set a daily screen time limit (choose a target that feels doable for you).

  2. Replace scrolling with intentional moments—call a friend, journal, take a mindful walk, or share a tech-free meal with loved ones.

  3. Reflect on your experience during our live sessions or in your journal.

I’ll be there with a sweet community to keep you accountable.

A program to practice with the natural rhythms. Join us live from 6:30 - 7 am or follow the recordings and practice in your own time. Notice the shift of setting aside just 30 minutes for yourself.

I wanted to thank you for the sessions on Sensuality and Sexuality from the last month. Though I was unable to make it to the early morning sessions after the first week, I listened to the recorded videos (thank you for those!), and they helped guide my day when I could find the time to listen to them, to sit for half an hour of quiet reflection and movement. As someone who is chronically ill, the prompts that you gave each time awoke thoughts in me that I hadn't thought of, in that particular way.

So, this is a message of thanks. :) I am looking forward to more of your sessions, and hope to meet in person in the future.

There's a very genuine, respectful, welcoming atmosphere through Yoga Attic. Tina, your facilitation style is both sincere, organized and at the same time, light-hearted. Even though not in-person, and participating through an on-line connection, it can be recognized that the space provided is both structured--time, content, journey are respected; and open--thought this is my own personal journey, there is opportunity to reflect with/ learn from others during the brief morning session, should I choose to do so. So appreciated!

A lovely way to begin the day. The variety the meditation, yoga and journaling provides is lovely. I like how each day is different in terms of its flow, and has its own mini theme for the day within the monthly theme.
